ADVANCED CERTIFICATE

The ADVANCED CERTIFICATE Course is made up of 14 weekly sessions of  about 2 1/2 hours and takes the student on a tour of all wine growing areas of the world. Examples of many of the wines will be available for tasting and comparison. The examination takes place in the thirteenth session. A passing grade on the INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE examination is a pre-requisite for admission into the ADVANCED CERTIFICATE course.

Each class will cover a different wine region, taught by an experienced instructor with approximately 8 samples of wine native to that region. In the 13th week a written exam will be held and forwarded to the Wine and Spirit Education Trust for grading. A Certificate is issued for students who pass. Tax receipts will be issued in January of the subsequesnt year. Receipts for employers are issued upon request. The course is offered on a first come first serve basis.
