For students unable to attend our scheduled classes in Toronto, Home study may prove to be an acceptable alternative.

The cost of the INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE Course is $300 GST included. The cost of the ADVANCED CERTIFICATE Course is $450 GST included. These costs cover text book, support material, and the examination.

Tasting samples will not be provided, but you should make a serious effort to obtain samples locally, as tasting is as important as the theory.

Home study schedules are student driven.  They may be started at any time of the year and you proceed at your own pace.  You just need to remember that 4-6 weeks are required for your examination to be delivered from England.
