Explore current topics and classic regions through IWEG’s Master Class series. Our presenters are subject area experts and dynamic educators, who share their unique knowledge and enthusiasm with all audiences.
Master Classes are a perfect platform for alumni, current students, and general consumers alike to learn, sharpen tasting skills, and network in a congenial educational environment.

April 11th: "Germany: Red, White and Bubbly!", hosted by Wines of Germany and led by Eugene Mlynczyk, MW and German Wine Princess, Charlotte Freiberger, winemaker from Heppenheim.
April 12th: "The Map Of Malbec", hosted by Wines of Argentina and led by Sommelier Scott Zebarth.
April 19th: "Wines For All Occasions: Exploring The Wines Of The Loire Valley", presented under the auspices of SOPEXA, on behalf of InterLoire, and led by Pascaline Lepeltier, MS.
May 2nd "Port and Douro Wines": presented by Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto (IVDP).
May 10th: "Napa Valley: Small Place, Big Reputation", presented by Napa Valley Vintners and California Wines and led by Bruce Wallner, MS.
May 23rd: "Wines of the Peloponnese", presented by Wines of the Peloponnese and led by Peter Wearing, DipWSET, IWEG's Co-Director of the Diploma programme.
May 24th: "Bourgogne Terroir II", supported by the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB) and led by Eugene Mlynczyk, MW.
May 31st: "Eternally Modern New Wines of Greece", presented under the auspices of Wines of Greece and led by John Szabo, MS.
Unless otherwise stated the Signature Series seminars will run from 7 - 9pm.
IWEG's Master Class Cancellation and Refund policy:
Withdrawal up to 1 week prior to course start date: Full refund, less $25 administration fee. Withdrawal less than 1 week prior to course start date: No refund. However, we strongly encourage students to use their fee paid as a credit towards payment for another Master Class. IWEG offers Master Classes throughout the year - please check our site regularly.
