Paul is a financial services executive and management consultant with extensive business experience across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. While living and working in London and Paris in the early part of his career, Paul quickly became a wine enthusiast and began studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, The Bordeaux Wine School and the WSET in London. Upon relocating to New York, Paul completed the WSET Diploma program as well as specialist courses in Spanish wine. In recent years he has spent time touring and tasting in Barolo, Bordeaux, Champagne, the Cotes du Rhone, Napa, Priorat, Sonoma, Rioja, and Tuscany. Now back in his hometown of Toronto, Paul is an associate of the Institute of Wines and Spirits and also provides wine advice to select clients in the GTA.
