Opimian Wine Club - Canada's largest wine club - is looking for a Member Service Agent to provide excellent Member service to our 10,000 members nationwide. Working remotely from your home office, you will respond to telephone and email enquiries from members.

At Opimian, we hire for attitude and train for skill. We seek an individual who gets energized by providing a gold standard Member Experience and steps up to any challenge. At least two years of Customer/Member Service will serve you well in this position. Wine knowledge is preferable. A love of wine is essential. Opimian uses Zendesk Customer Service Software so experience with it would be a bonus. Computer literacy is a must, as is a professional phone manner. A percentage of our Membership is French speaking so bilingualism would be a huge plus but, without exception, English proficiency, both written and oral will lead to your success in this role.
