Position Overview:

CGU Fine Wines is a boutique wine agency with a focus on building a relationship between wine producers and wine drinkers.  Our focus is on the wines of France and Germany.  Our goal is to form long lasting partnerships through transparent communication, to share our passion for the wines we represent, and to bring the best wines for the best price.  CGU Fine Wines is looking for a sales representative to join our team.

The focus is on the Toronto & surrounding areas. (Niagara – Burlington – Mississauga – Oakville)

Job Duties:

  • Opening & maintaining new accounts and following up on leads. 
  • Create and build positive long lasting partnership with clients.
  • Learning and becoming a product expert of wines from Burgundy, Germany and Champagne
  • Maintaining lines of communication with clients to exceed customer expectations
  • Represent the brands w

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred, training provided.
  • Experience within the beverage alcohol sector and with wine is considered an asset.
  • MUST have positive entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Proven sales in the industry an asset with additional consideration
  • The ideal candidate will have some wine education background preferred.
  • To be organized, have outstanding attention to detail and deliver results.
  • Well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.
