This hybrid role will require a passionate and reliable individual to run our well-established wine program (inventory/ ordering/ educating), as well as, playing a hands-on role during service. As part of our management team, you will work closely with the GM, but must be capable of organizing and motivating a large service staff self-sufficiently while ensuring high service standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will need to have Sommelier credentials, as well as, previous experience running a wine program and service management. Availability to work a mixed schedule of days, evenings and weekends is required.
