Friends who taste wine together...
The value of tasting groups in the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines
One half of the group: Kari, Curtis, Joey, Emily and Aleks - enjoying grapes again post spirits exam, March 2018."A committed and focused tasting group has been a big part of my personal success in Diploma – and I know I can speak for the group here. Not only is the cost of wine/spirits defrayed (so you can taste more and higher quality bottles), but you gain deeper insight into the products and into both your strengths and weakness by tasting with others. Our Sunday tasting club comprises basically the same core group of 8-10 that have been together throughout the entire two years. These are people who get why you're doing this. We've become invested in each others' success, and we've become close as a result. And, we've eaten a LOT of cheese". - Kari Macknight Dearborn, WSET Diploma candidate
