Our unique WSET Level 1 Award in Wines is a perfect starting point for structured wine studies for the wine enthusiast. Students will complete the requirements of the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines and also discover the key elements of food and wine taste interactions such as sweetness, acidity and saltiness in food. Ontario's Brave New Wines

In collaboration with the Ontario Craft Wineries, these 4 sessions celebrate local wines, growers and producers. Each class focuses on the wine appellations of Ontario and basic wine education and includes tastings with a number of local winemakers. WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits

WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits provides a hands-on introduction to the world of spirits, liqueurs and cocktails, including an interactive cocktail lesson by Victoria Walsh and Scott McCallum, authors of A Field Guide to Canadian Cocktails!
